Our Purpose
- To stimulate the economy of the region
- To promote and support businesses in our local area

Board Members at Large
Formed in April 2012, the Association has grown to more than 70 members.  Centered on the upper reaches of the Sandy River in the mountains of western Maine, it includes the northern Franklin County communities of Phillips, Avon, and Madrid, additionally attracting members from such towns as Farmington, Wilton, and Rangeley.

The Association meets the third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm.  Meetings are held in the Shadagee Common Room on Seward Street in Phillips.  All are welcome.  Meetings of the board are held from time to time by announcement.

Membership is open to any business, individual, civic group, or non-profit organization with an interest in the northern Franklin County area.  Membership is $30 and are due the first of each year.  The membership fee includes a listing on the members page of the Association's website and a listing in the anual printed Directory.0on additional $5 (or a total of $25) ensures your inclusion in all updates.
